Property Manager/Camp ground host
Location: 1795 County Road 319, Rainbow Texas 76077
Duration: 6 months or longer
Full Time
Salary: RV Spot with free utilities + negotiable weekly salary. Will depend on how much
applicant is able to handle under job duties

30 RV spots on the river- Have a few long term residents but mostly rent out on weekends
5 BR/ 3.5 Ba Lodge / Event Space rented out on weekends primarily thru Airbnb/VRBO
1 BR/ 1 Ba Cabin rented out on weekends primarily thru AirBnb/VRBO
Job Duties
Customer service: Handle booking requests and inquires via email and phone. Collecting monies owed. Check in guests and assist them should they need it during their stay
Security: Watch over property and keep out unwanted guests
Repairs: Keep up property and equipment in good working order
Road and Landscape Maintenance
Equipment maintenance
Work hours are flexible but must be ok with living at property and working weekends
Key Requirements
Friendly attitude and customer service oriented
Able to do physical work
Basic computer skills
Knowledge and use of mower, skid steer, tractor
