Fortuna Palms Community Club is in search of a caretaker for the 2025-2026 season!

In exchange for part-time caretaker duties, we are offering an RV lot with full hook-ups. Water, sewer and a $75 credit toward your electricity bill. Also included is one (1) family membership to our Club! Estimated time commitment is 20–25 hours per week. the Caretaker is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the Fortuna Palms Community Club, including the pool, storage shed, both clubhouses and landscaping both inside and outside of the fence line. The Caretaker will ensure FPCC remains in good condition and functions smoothly. This role often involves a wide range of tasks, from basic repairs and cleaning to coordinating with Board Members and volunteers ensure the property adheres to safety regulations. The Caretaker will support Club activities as needed. Ultimately, the Caretaker will act as a representative of the Club, addressing day-to-day needs and concerns.
