Position Overview:
JET Hospitality is seeking a Regional Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role travels between our resorts as needed to perform maintenance, repairs, and special projects. You’ll work closely with on-site Innkeepers and Operations to keep our properties running smoothly and looking their best.
What You’ll Do:
– Travel to multiple JET properties to perform hands-on maintenance and repair work (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.)
– Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
– Respond to urgent maintenance needs and troubleshoot on-site issues
– Support renovation and improvement projects across the portfolio
– Communicate effectively with property managers and the central ops team
– Maintain tools, equipment, and materials for travel use
What We’re Looking For:
– 3+ years of general maintenance, facilities, or construction experience
– Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple trades
– Ability to work independently and travel frequently (mileage reimbursement provided)
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a variety of settings (think: mountain cabins, RV parks, and coastal resorts)
