Job Description

Job Overview: 
The Park Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the park, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all visitors. This role involves managing staff, coordinating events, and maintaining facilities while fostering positive relationships with the community and stakeholders. The Park Manager will also handle administrative tasks related to park operations and work closely with various departments to enhance the park’s offerings.

Duties:

  • Supervise and train park staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Manage daily park operations, including maintenance schedules, event planning, and visitor services.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management systems.
  • Implement customer relationship management strategies to enhance visitor experience.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers for park maintenance and events.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to park operations, including Section 8 housing guidelines if applicable.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance requests and inventory.
  • Address visitor inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain a positive community relationship.

SKILLS:

  • Strong legal administrative skills to navigate regulations affecting park operations.
  • Excellent customer service abilities to engage with visitors and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proficient in data entry for maintaining accurate records of park activities and maintenance requests.
  • Familiarity with CMMS for efficient management of maintenance tasks.
  • Effective file management skills to organize documents related to park administration.
  • Experience in customer relationship management to foster community engagement.
  • Negotiation skills for managing contracts with vendors and service providers.
  • Knowledge of real estate administrative processes as they relate to park facilities.

The Park Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the recreational experience within the community while ensuring that all operational aspects of the park are managed effectively.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year Based on Experience
  • RV Site with full hook up
  • Paid time off and benefits package.
