Groundskeeper

Groundskeeper – RV Park (Work-for-Site Position)

We are seeking a responsible and self-motivated Groundskeeper to help maintain the natural beauty and safety of our RV park. This is an unpaid position; compensation is provided through a full-hookup RV space (garbage, water, sewer, and electricity included at no cost).

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be able to perform tasks such as:

• Plowing snow as needed during winter months
• Raking pine cones, pine needles, and general debris
• Filling gravel potholes and maintaining driveways/walkways
• Cutting and clearing downed trees and branches
• General upkeep to ensure the park remains clean and welcoming

Requirements

• Experience with yard, land, or facility maintenance preferred
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely (chainsaws, snowplows, rakes, etc.)
• Must be physically able to perform outdoor labor in varying weather
• Reliable, independent worker with good problem-solving skills

Compensation
This is a work-for-site position. In exchange for regular groundskeeping duties, the candidate receives:

• Full-hookup RV space (water, sewer, electricity at no cost)
• Garbage services included
• A peaceful outdoor living environment within the park

Schedule
Work hours are flexible and based on park needs and seasonal requirements.
