Job Description
Henry’s Fork RV Park is seeking friendly, reliable, and responsible individuals or couples to serve as our Camp Hosts. The Host acts as the face of the park, ensuring guests have a welcoming experience, assisting with light maintenance, and helping to maintain the park’s high standards of safety and cleanliness. In exchange for services, the Host receives a complimentary, full-hookup RV site and wages.
The Camp Host’s duties are primarily centered on guest services, park presence, and light operational tasks.
Guest Services & Administration (Approximately 60%)
Greeting & Check-In: Warmly welcome arriving guests, direct them to their assigned sites, and provide basic information about the park amenities and local area.
Customer Support: Handle general guest questions, resolve minor issues or complaints promptly and courteously, and notify management of major problems.
After-Hours Contact: Serve as the primary on-site emergency contact for after-hours situations (within reasonable limits).
Rules Enforcement: Gently and courteously remind guests of park rules (e.g., quiet hours, pet policies) to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
Light Housekeeping: Making sure the Bathrooms, Laundry Room and Lobby are clean.
