JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist the Recreation staff in the care and maintenance of two recreation rental cabins. These cabins were historically used as Fire Guard Stations and are now part of a cabin rental program. Primary duties include visiting each cabin weekly for cleaning, water hauling, grounds keeping, minor maintenance of the cabins and taking monthly water samples. Volunteers can expect to work around 20 hours per week.
Volunteer will be offered a trailer/R.V. spot in our volunteer campground on the grounds of the Flagstaff R.D. office. There are 13 sites that will be occupied by volunteers doing a variety of work for the district. There is shared laundry, 30 amp electrical service, water, and sewer hook ups.
