Job Description
Saddleback Valley Communities is looking to hire a Full Time RV Host. Someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, and looking to grow with our company.

Responsibilities include oversee daily operations such as, providing superior resident relations; ensuring overall cleanliness and safety of property;coordinating service requests; leasing vacant spaces as needed.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direct supervision of the Operations Director, assist in all phases of property operations
Strategize and execute best practices for Marketing
Manage all campground operations to ensure the highest level of camper satisfaction
RV Manager is responsible for the overall day to day operations of the park
Oversee onsite events, ensures security and compliance of RV park rules
Responsible for the collections of rents and security deposits
Process applications and conduct lease signing
Maintain accurate and complete resident files
Tenant relations and resolving tenant issues
Evict non payers/lease violators
Act as a liaison with vendors and utility companies
Execute project and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
Basic property maintenance and cleaning
Helps with after-hours check-in of guests and serves as first point of contact to any after-hour emergencies
Ensures compliance with Federal and State agencies to regulate fair housing laws and RV park operations
Reports accidents and emergency situations to the Operations Manager
Answering phones and emails and responding quickly
Walk RV park property and ensure safety and curb appeal is in accordance with company standards
Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

All applicants MUST be local to the city of Phoenix, AZ
At least 1-year previous RV Manager experience required
This position is a “live on site” position
Career driven individual that displays passion and optimism for what they do
Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing daily responsibilities
Ability to maintain professional and calm demeanor while manager difficult situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand and perform basic mathematical functions
Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft office products)
High school diploma or general education degree
Must pass background and drug testing
Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
