Position Details
Work 24 hours per week
In exchange for compensation, you’ll receive:
✅ FHU 50-amp RV site (water/sewer/Wi-Fi included)
✅ $125 monthly credit toward your electric bill
Primary Duties
Groundskeeping, mowing, trimming & landscaping
General property upkeep and light maintenance
Pool, facility, and outdoor amenity care
Assisting guests with minor site needs
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Ideal Candidate
Grounds/maintenance or handyman experience preferred
Able to lift, bend, and work outdoors in all seasons
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
Enjoys the RV lifestyle and guest interaction
