JOB DESCRIPTION:
Looking for a rewarding way to spend your summer in the heart of the Ozarks? Join our team as a Volunteer Park Host for the 2026 Recreation Season at Norfork and Bull Shoals Lakes!
We have multiple openings across our parks and are seeking friendly, dependable individuals who enjoy the outdoors and connecting with visitors. As a Park Host, you’ll play a vital role in helping guests feel welcome and informed while enjoying some of the most scenic lakes in the region.
Host Duties Include:
Greeting campers and assisting with reservation check-ins via the R1S website
Exchanging day-use passes
Reporting maintenance issues
Answering general questions and helping visitors navigate the park
What You’ll Receive:
A full hookup campsite for the duration of your service
Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 24 hours per week, allowing plenty of time to explore and relax
The chance to be part of a dedicated team making a difference in public recreation
Locations:
Norfork Lake – Just outside Mountain Home, Arkansas, with access to shopping, healthcare, and all the amenities you need
Bull Shoals Lake – Spanning Arkansas and Missouri, with parks near Harrison, Forsyth, and Branson. Branson offers world-class entertainment, dining, and attractions
