Seasonal Innkeeper – Cottonwood Camp
📍 Fort Smith, MT | Seasonal (Potential to Become Permanent) | On-Site RV Hookup + Hourly Pay

Cottonwood Camp is hiring a Seasonal Innkeeper to help run day-to-day operations at our riverfront property along the Bighorn. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s self-sufficient, hospitality-minded, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. Note: This role is best suited for a single individual. Couples will only be considered if one partner is applying for (or currently fills) the Fly Shop Manager role.
About Cottonwood Camp
Cottonwood Camp is a rustic property located directly on the Bighorn River. We offer cabins, glamping tents, RV sites, and an on-site fly shop, welcoming anglers and outdoor travelers from all over the country. It’s relaxed, remote, and rooted in genuine Montana hospitality.
What You’ll Do
🧼 Housekeeping for cabins and glamping tents (turnovers, restocking, cleaning)
🔧 General maintenance, light repairs, and grounds upkeep
🛎️ Assist with guest check-ins, questions, and day-to-day hospitality
📋 Help keep daily operations organized and running smoothly
What You Bring
🏕️ Strong work ethic and comfort working independently
🤝 Friendly, guest-first attitude (you’re the face of the place)
💪 Ability to stay active and lift 15+ lbs
🛠️ Basic maintenance or handyman skills are a big plus
🌲 Appreciation for rural living and outdoor environments
