💼 Position Type: Seasonal / Part-time (hours flex based on season and occupancy)

A Little of Everything, Right by the Ocean
Pacific Dunes Resort is looking for a Resort Team Member — a reliable, adaptable person who helps wherever needed to keep the property running smoothly. This is a hands-on, all-around role with a Work Camper mindset: flexible, practical, and ready to jump in.

Some days you’ll help with housekeeping. Other days you might assist with light maintenance, tidy common areas, or help make coffee. No two days look exactly the same — and that’s kind of the point.

This is a seasonal position with room to grow for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Assisting with housekeeping (guest rooms, glamping tents, laundry)
✅ Cleaning and maintaining shared resort spaces and guest bathrooms
✅ Helping with light maintenance or basic tasks as needed
✅ Supporting the coffee shop or guest services when needed
✅ Tidying common areas and outdoor spaces
✅ Jumping in where needed to support the on-site team
✅ Reporting maintenance or supply needs to the innkeeper

What We’re Looking For
– Reliable, flexible, and positive
– Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting up to 15 lbs)
– Willing to learn and help across different areas
– Able to work independently and as part of a small team
– Prior hospitality, maintenance, or customer service experience is a plus, not required
