JOB DESCRIPTION:
Join the Canyon Lakes Ranger District in providing visitor information to National Forest visitors along Colorado’s only nationally designated Wild and Scenic River, the Cache La Poudre. Volunteers run daily tasks of managing a visitor center that see an average of 44 visitors a day with some busy days of over 90 visitors. Enjoy a full hook-up RV pad located behind the Arrowhead Lodge Visitor Center, nestled along the river in the heart of the Roosevelt National Forest. Volunteers should be comfortable living in a remote area with limited services but fantastic access to the outdoors.
