Managing Couple

Moab RV & Glamping Resort is seeking an experienced, guest-focused managing couple to oversee day-to-day operations at our unique desert resort. This role is ideal for a hands-on team who enjoys working together, living on-site, and creating memorable outdoor experiences for guests visiting one of the most iconic adventure destinations in the country.

As the on-site managers, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the resort, balancing exceptional guest service with efficient operations, team leadership, and property care. You will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, staff, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, grounds, and maintenance coordination
Welcome guests and ensure a consistently positive experience from arrival to departure
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and issue resolution in person and by phone
Enforce resort policies, safety standards, and security procedures
Manage basic financial tasks, including payments, deposits, and reporting
Coordinate schedules, supervise staff, and assist with hiring and training
Maintain the appearance and functionality of RV sites, glamping units, and common areas
Work with ownership and marketing teams to support occupancy and seasonal promotions
Assist with special projects, events, and ongoing improvements

Ideal Qualifications

Previous experience in RV park, campground, resort, or hospitality management
Strong communication and people skills with a calm, solution-oriented approach
Comfortable with basic computer systems and reservation software
Hands-on, adaptable, and willing to jump in where needed
Ability to work as a team and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
