Make the Coast Your New Office
Pacific Dunes Resort is looking for an innkeeper to run day-to-day operations at one of Washington’s quirkiest and coziest beach resorts.

This is an all-hands-on-deck position where you are actively involved in every part of the guest experience—from check-ins to cleanings to fixing the small stuff that inevitably pops up.

At JET Hospitality, our Innkeepers do the work. You’ll be the heartbeat of the property and the friendly face guests remember.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be involved in every aspect of daily operations, including:

✅ Guest Services – Handling check-ins, check-outs, guest communication, and local recommendations
✅ Housekeeping – Cleaning and resetting glamping tents, tiny homes, and bungalows
✅ Light Maintenance – Tackling small repairs, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating help when needed
✅ Reservations – Managing bookings, guest questions, and arrival details
✅ Groundskeeping – Keeping common areas, firepits, beer garden, and outdoor spaces clean, safe, and inviting

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Hospitality experience is a plus, but work ethic and accountability matter more
✔ You’re comfortable with physical work and being on your feet

✔ You’re organized, proactive, and don’t need hand-holding
✔ You enjoy quiet, remote environments and know how to create warm guest experiences
