We are the Paris Landing/Kentucky Lake KOA campground, a family-run park looking for a fun couple who are willing to be a part of our small work family to help run the 2024 KOA Rising Star Campground!  We are known to be extremely family and fisherman friendly, being only 5 minutes away from Kentucky Lake. We are a smaller park and we are known for being very clean, manicured with amazing amenities, and provides the best customer service this side of Tennessee!

We love to have fun but work very hard. We would love to have people who want to do the same! Unfortunately due to limited camp worker  RV spots, we must have a couple.  We’d love for you to be on site around March 28-29th, 2026, to start training on the 30th.

Responsibilities:

One partner’s duties will include grounds keeping such as landscaping; mowing, weed whacking, weeding, cleanup of sites after guest departure, and grill cleaning. Maintenance tasks consist of electrical, plumbing and carpentry upkeep and repair, (pool maintenance a plus). Other duties during weekends would be tending to foam parties and driving barrel carts for kids.   Projects may come about and would like someone who is up for the challenge!

Other partner’s duties will mainly include working on our computer program K2, working the front desk answering phones and checking in customers, cabin housekeeping, cleaning of bathrooms, helping with outside recreational area, Kampstore, and the occasional running the concession stand mainly during the weekends.

What we are looking for is a couple who’s philosophy fits with ours:  working with a positive mindset to both co workers and guests alike, helping customers make memories and making sure their stay with us is an amazing one, and working together with other staff to make for a fun work environment.

Compensation/Benefits:

Paris Landing/Kentucky Lake KOA will provide a campsite, FREE OF CHARGE. Consisting of a site for your rig, equipped with water, electric and sewer hookups, Wireless Internet, and cable TV. The only responsibility of payment from workers is electricity. Couple will get $30 of quarters for laundry a month, and 20% off store items. Members of work campers’ families are welcome to visit at no charge (within reason).

$10/hr with bonuses available with good worth ethic, solid effort and low absences. Overall, hours are flexible and will be assigned on a weekly basis, according to the needs of the campground. Days off include at least two days per week, and are typically adjacent and shared per couple. A typical and routine schedule is the goal for all staff.

The closest town, Paris, has everything you need when it comes to groceries, restaurants and local entertainment. We are also only a mere one hour and 45 minutes away from Nashville and Memphis is only a two hour drive.
