Job Description
RESTAURANT KITCHEN LEAD – Would you like to spend your summer workamping at the **FIVE STAR** Hart Ranch Camping Resort nestled in the Black Hills of SD? We have a Full-time Seasonal opportunity in our Spring Creek Grille, which includes the ability to schedule employee coverage, manage employee breaks, and administer timekeeping system for cooks and dishwashers. This position also includes monitoring and scanning inventory and assisting the Restaurant Manager with ordering supplies; monitors and trains employees on food handling safety and quality; oversees plating standards; and provides employee feedback to the Manager. Must be willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed, and with a satisfactory background check. Compensation includes long-term FHU Site, Electric, Cable TV, WiFi, and Laundry allowance for 26 hours per site/per week (20 hrs per week for Members).
