Volunteer(s) required for minor cleaning duties at open parks for winter months.
Single or couple volunteer(s) to provide minor cleaning duties around project lands during winter months. Person(s) will be required to check restroom facilities in open parks twice per week and sweep out debris and replace toilet paper. Will also be responsible for some litter pick-up in parks.
Campsite with full hook-ups (30/50 amp electric, sewer, water) provided for 20 hours of work per week. Must have own self contained camper unit with shower facilities installed (no showers available for volunteer use). Will need to use local laundr-o-mats in town or own laundry machines in camper.
DUTIES
Sweeping of debris from open restroom facilities and replacing toilet paper twice per week at all open parks. Pick-up of litter in open parks that is located outside of the maintenance contractor pick-up areas. Reporting of major soiling of restroom facilities for contractor cleaning. Other cleaning duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
None. Ability to walk on relatively level surfaces and do some bending and lifting of no more than 25 lbs.
