Front Desk/Light Grounds and Maintenence

Single Workcampers are welcome.

3 days on and 4 days off. NO WEEKENDS!

Front Desk Duties, Light Grounds, and Maintenance.

FREE site. All hours paid.

Must have experience with Kampsight/K2 Software.

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk team member to join our KOA campground staff! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting campground guests
Handling check-ins and reservations
Answering phones and providing information
Assisting with campground store sales and guest needs
Supporting daily campground operations
Cleaning sites thoroughly after guests check out and before new guests arrive.
Cleaning and stocking restrooms, showers, and communal areas.
Removing ashes and debris from fire rings.
Removing trash from campsites, fire pits, and public bins.
Washing picnic tables and cleaning public facility surfaces.
Ensuring grounds are free from litter and debris.

Qualifications:
Quickly mastering new technologies, software, and workflows, especially in fast-paced or technical environments.
Requiring instructions only once and remembering complex procedures, reducing the need for repetitive training.
Friendly and professional attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and dependable
Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
Self-starter with a positive work ethic
Proactive & Takes Initiative
Resourceful

Hours are listed below…..

NO WEEKEND WORK
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays 7:30am-10:30am AND 12:30pm-5:30/7:30pm (end times is dependent on office hours which change during the season)
Begins immediately and ends the beginning of October. Must be able to commit to the whole season.
