WORK CAMPING WITH SUN RV RESORTS

Do you enjoy special events and working with the public? We are looking for a Special Events Assistant to help with planning, designing, and implementing special and charitable events which ensuring to provide our guests and residents with quality customer service.
JOB DUTIES
- Assists manager in designing, planning, organizing, and implementing all special and charitable events.
- Purchases items needed for special events with manager approval.
- Processes invoices for payment and maintains accurate accounting records.
- Creates posters and signs for events, maintains accurate ticket sales records, and coordinates with the Food Services Department for catering schedules and needs for each event.
- Collaborates with various clubs for interaction and assistance with set-up and clean-up of events.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
