The Details:
Positions start May 2021 and extend through mid-September (dates depend on Location).
- Start Date: May 2021
- Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal (ideally full season or early/late season)
- Schedule Varies: 32 – 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities
A day in the life of the Pantry/Cook
- Production and service of cold foods and desserts in the absence of Panty Supervisor.
- Communicate closely with Pantry Supervisor and chef on duty.
- During peak service times, assist attendants with plating items for service.
- Monitors guest buffets and cold bars to ensure all items are available and presentable.
- Maintain Xanterra standards of sanitation throughout pantry/salad areas of the kitchen.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
Our Pantry/Cook should have a working knowledge of basic cooking, baking, and dessert practices. This position must be adaptable to a high volume kitchen operation, and be able to remain calm in a high stress environment is essential for these positions.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours.
- Must be able to walk for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time.
