The Details:
Positions start in May and extend through mid- to late-September 2021 (dates depend on Location).
- Start Date: May, 2021
- Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal (ideally full season or early/late season)
- Schedule: Varies – 32 – 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities
A day in the life of the Bell Person / Lobby Attendant:
- Greet all arriving/departing guests.
- Transport luggage to and from guest rooms.
- Assist the Guest Services team as directed.
- Answer guests inquiries about the hotel, park, and surrounding areas.
- Clean public areas in lobby, restrooms, and meeting/convention rooms.
- Build and start fire in fireplaces.
- Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
- Must be enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
- This position requires enjoying working in a team oriented environment.
- Prefer a candidate has directly related experience.
- Bell Person/Lobby Attendant must be neat and polished.
- Seeking a candidate that can handle guest concerns in a tactful and caring manner.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling luggage up to 100 pounds.
- Frequent carrying luggage up and down narrow flights of stairs.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Working in various weather conditions.
- Working safely with required chemicals.
