2021 Season Courier

Utah Recreation Company is seeking friendly and hard-working individuals to be Couriers for our 2021 season! This is an exciting opportunity to work in the hospitality field while spending time outdoors and assisting camping staff.
Our recruiting and onboarding process involves email and online communications.
All new hires will report to our Pleasant Grove office on their first day of work for an orientation meeting.
We have started accepting applications for positions open from May through October 2021!
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Classification: Seasonal, FT
Location: You will be based out of our office in Pleasant Grove and will have assigned daily routes to drive to our campsites throughout the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. Some routes may require several hours of daily driving.
Site Provided for Position: Yes
Schedule: Monday through Friday, occasional weekends. Some routes may require you to work early mornings or late evenings.
ABOUT YOU:
Must possess a valid driver license with a clean 3-year history and no DUI convictions in the past 10 years (all new hires will be asked to provide a DMV printout)
At least 21 years old
Customer service experience
Ability to work unsupervised
Bondable
Genuine concern for guests’ experience and willingness to talk to people at our sites
Ability to work in varying weather conditions
JOB DUTIES:
Collect fees and other paperwork from Area Managers or Camp Hosts daily on an assigned route, and deliver fees and paperwork safely to the Pleasant Grove office
Deliver forms and supplies from the Pleasant Grove office to the campgrounds.
Communicates with supervisor and/or maintenance staff for non-compliance concerns, maintenance issues, or safety hazards
Inspects campgrounds and surrounding area continually to ensure cleanliness and safety
Promotes varied company and agency partner programs
Is a friendly and helpful resource to visitors
