The Details:

Position starts mid-May and extends through early September.

Start Date: May – September, 2021
Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal (ideally full season or early/late season)
Schedule: Varies – 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

A day in the life of the Heidi’s Manager

Oversee retail outlet with staffing, customer satisfaction, daily procedures and operations.
Follow all budgetary guidelines for labor and sales goals.
Coach and ensure your associates are performing their job duties and providing customer service.
Actively complete reports and evaluations to Director of Retail and Operations Manager.
Responsible for merchandising and displays.
Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

Our Heidi’ Manager will be enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service and detail oriented. The ideal candidate will have expereince in barista environment. We are seeking a candidate that has management experience in retail or restaurant environment. The Manager position must have skills in effective oral communication, computer, and math in addition to strong problem-solving and resolution. Heidi’s Manager will feel comfortable working in a high volume environment with guest oriented atmosphere.
