The Details:

Positions start late April and extend through mid- to late-September 2021 (dates depend on Location).

Start Date: Late April, 2020
Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal (ideally full season or early/late season)
Schedule: Varies – 32 – 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

A day in the life of the Guest Service Assistant Manager

The Guest Service Assistant Manager with training and supervising guest services operations, including front desk and bell staff on a daily basis.
Preparing schedules according to hotel business demands and within the structure of budget.
Assists with check-in, check-out, responds to guest requests and complaints.
Train staff of detailed knowledge about the hotel’s services and hours of operations.
Responsible for daily guest room blocking and guest requests are handled.
Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

Our Guest Service Assistant Managers will have background in hospitality or sales management.
Seeking candidates that have excellent leaderships skills and ability to supervise and train the staff members.
He/she should be flexible and adaptable to different changes and have good decision making skills.
This position requires knowledge of Opera property management software (PMS).
Guest Service Assistant Managers must be able to demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills, goal oriented, and strong interpersonal communication skills and should be able to handle pressure situations.
