Cypress Campground & RV Park in Winter Haven, FL is a pet-friendly 191 site all-age campground that offers a wide variety of outdoor activities and full-service amenities to our guests. Park amenities include a pool, shuffleboard and bocce ball courts, horseshoes pits and mini golf. The park is located just over 2 miles from Legoland.

As the Property Manager, you will have responsibility for operational aspects and profitability of the Park. You will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for guests having a positive experience.

Applications from couples with office management and maintenance backgrounds will also be considered.

JOB DUTIES:

· Respond in a timely fashion to guest and prospective guest inquiries

· Work with the marketing team to increase reservations and occupancy and further promote the Park and Applebrook RV Parks brands. Help draft and review all marketing efforts for the property

· Ensure there is a high level of service consistent with Applebrook RV Parks’ philosophy

· Receive and resolve guest complaints

· Coordinate team member selection, training, and development while ensuring all team members comply with appropriate policies and operational procedures

· Work with Operations Manager to quickly and effectively address issues that could adversely affect the operation of the resort or guest satisfaction

· Enforce park’s rules & regulations

· Monitor monthly expenses

· Ensure compliance with federal state and local agencies that regulate fair housing laws and resort operations

· Market park and park-owned models, for sale as well as prepare flyers to list and sell homes

· Oversee capital expenditure improvements with the guidance of the Operations Manager

REQUIREMENTS

· High School Diploma or GED

· Previous experience in the resort/hospitality industry, preferred

· Ability to provide legible written reports

· Ability to work well independently as well as on a team

· Intermediate computer proficiency including the ability to use email and the internet

· Experience with, or ability to learn, ASTRA campground management software

Preferred: Prior experience in managing an RV park, mobile home community or apartments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 – $30,000.00 per year
