Camp Host

Seeking Camp Host for marina & RV campground in Algoma, WI that is now under new ownership. Work and play in beautiful Kewaunee County, with quick access to Lake Michigan for some of the Midwest’s finest fishing! As a 2021 camp host, you receive a free pad for your trailer/RV from May through mid-October, including free electric, water, sewer hookup, and WiFi service. Our marina and RV campground is located on the shore of the Ahnapee River, just a couple of blocks from the lake. A boat slip can be rented as well, with a discount for the right candidate!

Looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, self-motivated individual or couple with great customer service skills. Duties are to include cleaning of the bathrooms/showers/lobby, light grounds maintenance, welcoming/assisting customers and possibly collecting fees. The campground/marina is not large, so the RV/boat volume is correspondingly lower. This results in less workload than your typical camp coordinator position, which means more time to enjoy the natural resource rich area, and to build new friendships with our camping and boating guests, many of whom return year after year!
