Now Hiring Glamping Site Host – located in Healdsburg, Ca.
Nestled within oaks, vineyards, and the famous Russian River, Wildhaven Sonoma glamping resort provides a gorgeous environment to work in. We currently have an opportunity for the right candidate to join our growing operation as a Night Camp Host. This position will help with overnight campground operations and maintaining the safety of our guests and property.
We are seeking a Camp Host with an RV or trailer who can work 24 hours a week in exchange for a site at our property with electric and water hook-ups and pump-out sewage service. Work performed over 24 hours in a week will be compensated at $15 an hour.
Responsibilities
The Night Camp Host will:
Manage the night operations of the campground, including after-hours bookings, electricity, water, septic, bathrooms and showers, garbage
Maintain the cleanliness of the property
Greet and assist guests with late check-ins
Ensure compliance with campground rules and guidelines, especially Quiet Hours & Fire Safety
Provide exceptional customer service to all campground guests
Other duties not listed here, such as basic maintenance and housekeeping tasks as needed.
Requirements
1+ year of customer service, hotel night auditor and/or camp host experience preferred.
Must be flexible to work days, weekends and holidays
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Displays good customer relations skills and takes initiative to greet guests in a friendly manner
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, work outdoors in potential inclement weather, walk/bike across a 10-acre property, and lift up to 50lbs.
