Work Camping Couple / Groundskeeper / Handyman

We are an RV and cabin resort/campground in a popular, country setting with 54 RV sites and 4 cabins, right on the Tennessee river. Birdlife, wildlife and fishing is amazing, and the local surrounding area is well known for beautiful scenic road trips, hideaways and hiking trails. We are also known for our watersport amenities (kayaks, canoes, jet ski’s and pontoons) as well as our unique, high ‘Rope Challenge Course and Zipline’. It’s a great destination with lots of opportunities for adventure and fun.

Job Description

We are ideally looking for groundskeeper/handyman with a 30/50amp RV, to start work ASAP.  Duties would include but not be limited to:  Weed removal, mowing with riding mower, tree and brush trimming, shovelling fire pits, daily cleaning of restrooms; Litter pick-up and raking the swimming beach; Removing dirt, mildew, and spider webs from signs, buildings, garbage containers, and tables; Raking of leaves; Sweeping sidewalks and shelters; Minor repairs and maintenance to buildings and grounds. This work can be physically demanding. You must be detailed oriented. Full hookup site plus basic Wi-Fi in exchange for 10 hours per week. Paid hours over 10 at $12/hour.
