Job Description

Cedar Hill State Park is looking for volunteers to commit 24 hours per week to assist with maintenance at our park in exchange for a full hookup campsite (water, electricity, and sewer).

This outdoor volunteer opportunity is responsible for helping to maintain the overall aesthetic appearance of Cedar Hill State Park. Tasks include, but are not limited to, litter pick up and checking and cleaning restrooms, fish stations, and other park facilities. Applicants must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Days vary based on volunteer. Must have at least a Class C RV, 5th wheel, or bumper-pull trailer. Three to six month commitment. Hosts must commit to a minimum of 90 days. Maximum 2 year length of stay depending on performance and business needs. The park features multiple boat ramps, fishing, geocaching, and over 15 miles of hiking and biking trails.
