Four Seasons is located on 200+ acres in beautiful southern New Jersey farm country which is a great place to raise a family. We are located about 2 hours from both New York City and Washington DC, 30 minutes from Philadelphia, and one hour to the beautiful Jersey Shore beaches. The campground features 500 campsites, rental cabins, huge outdoor swimming pool, lake for swimming and fishing, arcade, playground, basketball court, volleyball court, dog park, and more. We are open year-round with our recreational core camping season running from April through October.

Position Description:
Under the direction of the Campground Manager, the maintenance team is responsible for all the physical operations of the campground, particularly the preservation and maintenance of the structures on the site, preparation of our camp sites each week and providing ongoing service to the campers. A primary role of the maintenance staff is to provide a positive work environment, and provide a quality camping environment for all guests.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure customers receive a high level of service consistent with our customer service philosophy.
- Complete projects and repairs in a timely manner.
- Help to ensure the safety of guest and campground property with attentive observation and action.
- Coordinate with office staff for problem resolution when available.
- Help enforce campground policies and implement solutions consistent with goals of park.
- Custodial work to maintain high standard of cleanliness in all facilities
- Pool maintenance.
- Proactive approach to the daily repair and maintenance of campground facilities.
- Solve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate projects with purchasing, initiate corrective actions, and anticipate long-term issues.
- Manage inventory control operations.
- Adhere to Federal, State and local regulatory compliance related to campground and building codes.
- Oversee and/or assist in capital improvement and renovation projects.
- Manage and maintain all equipment, HVAC, vehicles, large power tools.
- Maintain maintenance garage / storage areas for organization, inventory and safety compliance.
- Coordinate inspection and emergency notices that need to go out to guests.
- The working hours for our maintenance team can vary from early morning to evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on the season and needs at that time of year.
- Available for 24-hour emergencies and maintenance on-call rotation.
- Other duties as assigned by the Campground Manager.
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
