Landscaping

Landscapers are to maintain the grounds, landscaping of all sites, flower beds, and common areas of the resort. Landscapers are responsibile for keeping the park clean, neat, safe and attractive. Plants, grass and trees are to be watered as needed. Grass is to be mowed at least once a week and operation of loud machine equipment is not to be operated before 9:00am.

Responsibilities:

• Keep “Guest Experience” first.
• Pick up all trash from grass areas, flowerbeds, sidewalks, roads, and curbs.
• Keep all debris off sites and common areas. Remove any limbs, sticks, leaves, wood, etc.
• Mow all grass. Keep mowing height at 3″ to keep from scalping.
• All lawns, beds, curbs, patios, pads, sidewalks, and roads must be edged with weed eater.
