Job Description
We are now hiring full-time outgoing, customer service oriented clerks for our Starved Rock Trailheads Concession Stand location.
Trailheads is a fun & fast paced food and beverage operation with a selection of gifts, fudge, and ice cream that is located in Starved Rock’s Visitor’s Center. Qualified candidates should be able to assist customers in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Highly organized individual with time management skills
Food and beverage experience a plus, but will train correct candidate
Requirements:
Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays
Professional appearance
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a periodic basis
Food Handler Certification or Food Sanitation License for the state of Illinois
