We are looking for an Activities Set-Up Assistant to assist with event set-up and tear-down for resort events.

JOB DUTIES

Obtains and follows event set-up instructions as directed by Activities Manager.Performs basic cleaning duties such as emptying trash, sweeping and moping as needed.Attends all events as needed. Sets-up and cleans-up after events.Inspects facilities and rooms at the time of set-up and reports any maintenance issues or hazardous conditions to the Activities Manager.Ensures all equipment and supplies are kept in good condition. Covers all equipment and instruments after use.Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skillsAbility to multitask
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
