Local campground hiring a seasonal work camper couple to be a ticket concierge.
Summary: Performs duties related to the sale and dispersal of event and local attraction tickets, including customer assistance, ticket selling and payment processing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Waits on ticket office customers and sells local attraction tickets.
· Answers telephone calls, provides information on events and attractions, assist patrons with information and take ticket orders.
· Processes cash and credit card payments through office register; balances register and makes daily ticket sales reports as necessary.
· Assists in creating and maintaining customer ticket sales and entering data into a computerized ticket system.
· Other job-related duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
· Customer Service Skills
· Basic computer Skills
· Cash handling experience
· Ticket sales background preferred but not required
· Ability to calculate numbers, correct entries, and post to records
· Knowledge of cash management principles and or procedures
Included with the position is a standard seasonal Work Camper RV Site.
