Headwaters Lodge and Cabins – Flagg Ranch Company Campground consists of 34 Tent Sites, 97 RV sites, and 40 Camper Cabins for a total of 171 sites within walking distance of the Snake River.
The campground attendant position is responsible for greeting guests and interacts with them in a friendly and helpful manner. Also cleans campsites, office, Camper Cabins, restrooms and laundry facilities. The Campground Attendant responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the Campground Sites and Public Areas such as:
- Camper Cabins
- Campground Office and Laundry
- Restrooms and Shower Facilities
- Fire Pits and Bear Boxes
- Pick up micro trash
- Responsible for daily cleaning of Camper Cabins prior to guest check-in at 2pm.
- Responsible for deep cleaning and monitoring condition of campground restrooms, including but not limited to – scrubbing toilets, showers, sinks and fixtures, mopping floor, replacing toilet paper and paper towel.
- Check guest in and out of campground as necessary.
- Reports needed supplies to the Supervisor.
- Partners with NPS and security in bear patrols ensuring safety of guests and preservation of the wildlife.
- Performs such duties as assigned by management
The “must haves” for this position include:
- Friendly / outgoing personality
- Ability to lift, walk up and down hills, and bend without difficulty
- Able to adjust comfortably to a wide variety of work requirements (i.e. cashier to custodian to grounds)
- Ability to present oneself professionally
- Attention to detail
We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:
- Previous Campground experience
- Previous housekeeping experience
