DESCRIPTION:
Seeking to fill one Camp Host position from May 1 – Oct 31, 2022.
This position is for the Camp Host located at Kellettville Recreation Area. This rural campground contains 20 primitive campsites, a restroom house, and a picnic shelter. Camp Host will be provided a free camp site with electrical and non-potable water hook ups. A dump station is located near camp host site. Camp Hosts will be expected to preform duties such as but not limited to visitor check ins and outs, litter pick up, clean out fire rings, and light maintenance duties. Each host is expected to perform 25 hours per week. Hours per week are not to exceed 39 hours.

Camp Hosts should have excellent communication skills, moderate computer experience, moderate power tool experience, show a professional and personable work attitude, and be able to preform in a team and individual setting.

This position will be outdoors. Camp Host will be expected to work mostly independently as the campground is located in a very rural area. Camp Hosts will be working closely with USACE Ranger Staff during times of events or ranger patrols.
