Job Description
We are open year-round, currently looking for a host to begin in May at our boutique RV park in picturesque Kanab, UT just 30 miles from Zion National Park.
* Indoor/guest services host: Guest Communication and Coordination Text, phone, email with guests : bookings, changes, immediate requests Coordinate guest needs with outside guest services Process bookings, changes, refunds Assist with events
* skills: Tech Savvy Successful Hospitality / Event / Customer service experience High level of communication organization: online / phone / text / person to person Have own computer to use for booking / email
– Outside/guest services host: Guest Coordination andMaintenance General handyman / maintenance / cleaning Arrivals / Departures – greet guests / maintain sites Propane dispense / deliver Assist with E-bike and Roxor rentals / maintenance
– skills: Experience in all areas of repair and maintenance Loves to get stuff done Pride in work
Both of you are: Easy going solution oriented Professional / friendly to all, under all conditions Fast Learner / Self Starter / Self Manager Flexible / Adaptable
Hours/days & compensation Flexible schedule / Position will offer a combination of minimum hours worked in exchange for full hookup RV site and hourly wage. Discounts on propane, E-bikes, Roxor rentals.
Please note: RV of less than 35ft, our host length space is limited. Best for people without children.
