We are looking for an RV Customer Service Representative who has a real knack for great customer service. This is a very guest-services oriented role, as much of our occupancy is short-term resort traffic.
We are currently seeking a talented individual to become a USA RV Resort Services Representative. An individual could be successful if they possess the following.
Your daily responsibilities include
Provides friendly and efficient service to guests during check in/check out procedures.
Make and confirm advance reservations and assist guest with problems or questions.
Obtains information necessary to guarantee spaces (i.e. identification, credit card verification etc.).
Assists guests with any problems, questions, or future reservations.
Performs Front Desk, Call Center, and other hospitality related duties when necessary.
Keeps Supervisor informed of any problems.
To answer all reservation inquiries in a manner set forth in policy procedure. This will include assisting guests warranting complimentary accommodations responding patrons to special events.
To accurately enter all reservations into the computer system based on set policy and procedure.
Provide information to guests regarding local services and events.
Maintain a professional relationship with all departments associated with the resort.
Assigns and assists customers with an RV site.
Collects and accounts for all RV site revenue.
Responsibilities may include carrying out routine duties that occur while working at the RV Resort including checking the grounds, etc.
Answers phone and assists with clerical tasks.
Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with the customers and fellow cast members.
Any and duties as assigned by your Manager or a member of management.
Physical Demands
Stationary Position : frequently remains stationary up to 50% of the time and sitting up to 6 hours
Move/Traverse : frequently bend, stand, stoop and/or walk
Carry Weight : infrequently carry weight and/or lift objects (light to heavy) weighing up to 40 pounds
Hearing and Speech : frequently communicates with the ability to hear and talk on a regular basis with clients who have inquiries about their storage accounts, billing invoice or other related account matters; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
Sight: frequent use of sight to detect images on computer, office documents, facility objects near and far
Climb : occasionally ascends/descends a flight of stairs to service the lights and/or reach overhead
Work Environment
Regular professional, office business setting
Frequent outdoor exposure working in outdoor weather conditions
Noise moderately low
