DESCRIPTION:
Seeking friendly, energetic individual or couple for campground host position at small, primitive campground with popular day use beach for 2022 summer season.
Beaver Creek Campground is a small, 12 site campground with no electric or water hookups, except at the host site. The sites are self pay, and host will not be required to handle money or register campers. A public beach is within the campground, and host will be responsible for both campground and beach area. A golf cart is not a requirement for this position, but it is strongly recommended.
Job duties include being a point of contact for visitors, meet and greet campers throughout campground and beach area, distribute water safety materials, supervise campground programs, maintain written records, report issues to Park Rangers, and other duties as needed. No cleaning or maintenance duties are required.
Prior experience as a campground host is preferred, but not required. Must keep a neat campsite and well-groomed appearance at all times.
