Job Brief:
This role is responsible for taking orders and following up on customer service related requests. This is a great position in an office environment with regular business hours. Full Time schedule with weekends off.
Duties:
Answer incoming calls
Manage voice and emails
Provide customer service support
Assist with product support over the phone
Process orders accurately
Assist with order fulfillment
Memorize product lines and uses
Up-sell products based on customer needs
Other responsibilities as assigned
Detailed Requirements:
Have a great attitude and love helping people.
Be articulate and have good written communication and phone skills.
Be good at taking notes, organizing and prioritizing tasks.
Need to be comfortable using computers and have a strong aptitude to learn and manage new software.
Must be professional in appearance, attitude, and performance.
