Premier Cru is a small manufacturing/distribution company located in Texas hill country. This position is working in our production department assisting with daily cleaning activities. RV site provided on property.
Job Summary:
Operate dish washing machine
Hand wash processing equipment
Breakdown and clean processing equipment
Breakdown and clean processing and packing areas
Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met for sanitation and safety
Use motorized floor cleaners to clean floor areas
Job Brief:
Job role is to oversee the cleaning of all processing equipment used in the production of our products as well as the assist in the cleaning of the processing facilities. Must be willing and able to handle the physical requirements of the job.
Duties:
Washing small equipment in dishwasher
Hand washing trays, pots, and larger items in a 3 compartment sink
Washing processing equipment in place
Assisting in the break down and cleaning of production and packing areas
Putting away cleaned equipment
Reassembly of processing equipment
Clean the wash area daily
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
Detailed Requirements:
Have a great attitude and love helping people.
Be able to work all day on your feet
Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Access hard to reach areas that requirement movements like reaching, bending, kneeling, stepping, etc.
