Job Description
Lake Walcott State Park is looking for either a Camp Host Volunteer or a Park Volunteer for this upcoming summer. For the Camp Host position we would like to have a person for the full summer, from May to September. For the Park Volunteer position we are more flexible on the dates. For both positions we have full hookup sites within our beautiful State Park! The Camp Host position consists of regular duties associated with that job, like answering questions, on-call availability, helping put out reservation tags and cleaning up camp sites. Idaho State Parks requires 24 hours per week of volunteer service for occupying a camp site. The same is true of our Park Volunteer position, for 24 hours per week this person will help around the park, the duties can range from Visitor Services to Maintenance.
