Grounds and Facilities Maintenance

Premier Cru is a small manufacturing/distribution company located in Texas hill country.  This position is doing grounds keeping and maintenance of facilities.  RV site  provided on property.

Job Summary:
·       Up keep of property
·       Assist with watering and irrigation needs
·       Maintain equipment and facilities
·       Repairs that include plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, mechanical

Job Brief:
Individual to assist with the management of the property, facilities and equipment upkeep. Includes the regular schedule of grounds maintenance, facility maintenance, equipment maintenance as well as special projects.

Brief Description of Duties:
·       Mowing grass
·       Trimming trees
·       Weed removal
·       Pressure washing
·       Painting
·       Filter changing
·       Pest control
·       Equipment maintenance
·       Equipment refueling
·       Waste management
