Job Description
Must have own RV. Free onsite living with full hook-ups. This is a seasonal position that starts in April and ends in October. Candidates must be 18+ and hold a valid driver license.
Site is 30amp, has full-hookups, no site fee, and can accommodate RVs up to 32′.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for one Workcamper with housekeeping management experience. Someone who works well both independently and as part of a team, can work on demand, has strong attention to detail, and is interested in providing exceptional guest services. Workampers will work from early April 2024 to late October 2024.
Note: The available site is reserved for a Housekeeping Supervisor, but this position may also occasionally work in Grounds, Camp Host/Security, and Recreation/Activities as business needs dictate.
**Workcampers are required to work a minimum of 40 hours a week
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Preparing cleaning lists and caddies for housekeepers as the day requires
- Scheduling and training/coaching staff
- Inventory ordering to budget
- Folding laundry and preparing linen bags
- Spot-checking 100% of cleaned units on the day
- Following up with housekeeping staff as needed to ensure timely, clean units are consistently produced
- Communicating needs to GM
- Keeping housekeeping storage areas and barn clean and free of clutter
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm and friendly when confronted with problems
- Management experience highly preferred
- The ability to be on your feet, drive a golf cart, and move around freely with guests
- Ability to work positively with other campground employees and other staff members
- An eye for the little details
- Support all company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
