Compensation/Benefits
We are located on Hogback Lake in Angola Indiana.We are able to offer a nice site near a lake and employees are encouraged on their time off to use the facilities including boats fishing and more. Our site rent is 175.00. We pay $12 per hour and up.There are over 100 lakes in Steuben County with excellent fishing. If you are into automobiles the Auburn auctions and museums, Detroit museums, and many others are nearby. The Amish community of Shipshewana is a short ride away for great food and crafts. The town of Angola was voted one of the top 10 small towns in the country. We are less than 3 hours from Chicago and the islands on Lake Erie.
Job Description
As a Guest Service Representative you will be responsible for providing superior guest service over the telephone and in person, by being
enthusiastic, attentive, friendly and helpful. Greeting all guests with a positive attitude and a well-groomed appearance, a
smile, recognition and a proper KOA uniform and name tag.Handle all guest issues with respect by listening and acknowledging their
concern. We are on K2 and experience is a plus but we are willing to train. 35 to 40 hours per week on average.
