Job Description
Position: Guest Services Associate
Apple Island Resort is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Guest Services Associate to join our front office team. This role is guest-facing and plays a key part in delivering a positive, seamless experience for our visitors from reservation through departure.
Required Experience
- Hands-on experience with CampSpot is a plus
- Prior experience in a campground, RV resort, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries
- Manage and modify reservations using CampSpot
- Process payments, adjustments, and account updates accurately
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide clear, professional communication
- Work closely with other departments to resolve guest needs and issues
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow established procedure
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused when handling guest concerns
- Good computer proficiency; point-of-sale and reservation system experience a plus
- Excel experience a plus
Schedule
- Seasonal position with part-time or full-time hours available
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
- Workamping couples are preferred; opportunities available for a other position depending on skills and resort needs
