Seasonal | Barter Arrangement (RV Site Provided)
Position Overview
Bella Vita Private Resort is seeking a responsible individual or couple to serve as Camp Host(s) for the 2026 season. This is a barter-style position, offering a full-hookup RV site and resort access in exchange for regular guest support and light operational contributions.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced RVers who enjoy guest interaction, maintaining clean and welcoming facilities, and being part of a well-run, active resort.
Season & Commitment
Typical operating season: April–November
Start and end dates are flexible by agreement
Month-to-month arrangement
Approx. 15 hours per week per person
One weekend day per week assisting at the Welcome Center
What We Provide
Designated RV site with full hookups (water, electric, sewer)
Resort Wi-Fi access where available (currently located at the General Store)
Access to resort amenities and membership-style perks
Clubhouse access, boats, and recreational equipment (subject to availability and guest priority)
Host Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide basic hospitality support
Clean and maintain guest bathhouses (twice daily standard)
Conduct fire pit checks and light grounds upkeep
Assist with check-out, tracking, and care of resort rental equipment
Serve as a friendly, professional resort ambassador during assigned coverage
RV & Site Requirements
Well-maintained RV, travel trailer, fifth wheel, or camper van
Units must be safe, self-contained, and visually appropriate for a resort setting
No skoolies, unfinished conversions, or tent setups
Campsite must be kept clean, orderly, and uncluttered
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk short distances throughout the property
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry items up to approximately 20 lbs
Comfortable performing routine cleaning and restocking tasks
