Become a Park Host: Your Front-Row Seat to Nature’s Show!
Are you ready to trade traffic for tranquility, deadlines for campfires, and office walls for towering trees? As a Park Host, you won’t just visit the great outdoors — you’ll live it. Imagine waking up to birdsong, greeting visitors from all walks of life, and helping visitors create unforgettable experiences in one of the most interesting parks at Benbrook Lake.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome visitors with a warm smile and helpful tips.
Share your love of nature and the area’s hidden gems.
Assist with Ranger operations — light patrol and friendly support for Park Rangers.
Serve as the heartbeat of the park, helping ensure safety, cleanliness, and good vibes.

Park Host consists of assisting Park Rangers with Park and Visitor Surveillance by patrolling for (5) hours divided up the way you see fit, gate operations and security, and maintain visuals for Park Rangers on shift during patrols. Visitor information on rules and park area.
Benbrook Lake will provide a campsite. Volunteers are responsible for providing their own RV.
