Job Description
The Maintenance lead position is from the end of March to the middle to end of October Responsibilities include: leading an outside team of 4 to 6 people, ensure all amemities and buildings are always in proper working order, keep the grounds maintained and free of trash and debris, pool maintenance (will train), must have intermediate knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, knowledge of lift stations or willing to learn (we have 3 very small ones), basic carpentry a plus, winterizing and de winterizing of campground. Must be guest service focused.
Compensation:
* 32 to 40 hours per week with 2 consecutive days off at $15.50 to $17 per hour depending on experience in campground maintennce positions
* Full Hook Up Site including 50/30/20 amp electric and water – Free
* laundry – Free
* 20% off store items
* Uniform Shirts provided
Must be available weekends and holidays.
